RETURNS POLICY

If you are anyway unhappy with the item/s you receive and do not wish to keep the item/s 

for any reason please contact me within 8 working days after receiving the item/s at 

karen@karenskards.me.uk

You will be fully refunded including postage return cost within 30 days. 

Unwanted items are to be returned including all packaging within 14 working 

days after notification. I recommend obtaining a traceable postal receipt to 

protect against loss or damage. 

Your statutory rights will remain unaffected.

Please return your item/s to
